My yard was in good shape, but definitely is deeper green, and the many weeds that came up as we began the growing season have been eliminated. They communicate well regarding service day, and if there are changes, using text, email and phone. "Have enjoyed the quality of work provided thus far.  It is obvious that the provider intends to associate a quality or standard of work that is competitive as well as satisfactory to the customer.  This is very apparent with the office staff.  I have not had extra ordinary reason to contact the office.  However in the limited voice contact I have had with the office staff; I found the professionalism of high quality.  The provider is clearly retaining and following a goal of customer service as to achieve satisfaction.  Of the few conversations with the provider and speaking to the same office administrator, I was pleased with the diligence  she offered and the effective manner she approached the questions I had concerning the service.  
In the field what I found interesting was the the Love Your Lawn Employees that administrate the actual work duty or labor continues to remain the same personnel at each visit.  I have determined through observation that their effectiveness is of greater quality because of their knowledge of the yard they are working in a routine manner.

"Cody Irrigation has done an outstanding job for us. We have used them for minor repairs for years, but this year, due to a lightning strike, our entire system had to be rewired. Brent Cody also suggested adding a zone, which we did. Brent and his crew did a great job. Although it took a while to get on their books (a positive sign that they are busy!) Cody Irrigation showed up when they said they would, completed the work in the time they said they would, and adhered to the quote they gave us. "The previous application was not so good, but once my regular tech came today I believe the problem has been corrected. The previous tech did a poor job of coverage on the lawn, and it never looked great. I could hardly see the fertilizer pellets on the side walk or driveway. When my present tech (Ken) did the application there was sufficient fertilizer pellets on both areas and I could also see them in the grass. Totally believe the tech last time was just hurrying to get the job done. I have used Lawn Tech for the last 4 years and have been very happy with the look of my yard."
