We got a dog and I paid to have this fence put in. 6 weeks later, it's clear the dog is just not working out for our family and I call them and ask if I might sell them back at least the collar piece. They say they give a full, no questions asked type warranty for I believe 6 months or something like that, and insist on a full refund. I say no, please, it took a good 2 hours to install the wire around my house -- let me pay for your out of pocket expenses! They insist on a full refund -- They are great, I'd absolutely use again. The service was A+++, top notch."

They put up most of the fence in the winter, put up temporary fence in the spots that could not be done due to the season, then returned in the spring to finish. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours.
