I found XPERT Landscaping through Angi’s list, and George worked with me to identify what still had to be done, and worked to ensure what was left to be done still worked for my budget. They did a wonderful job installing hard scape and rock, fixing issues left from the previous landscapers, and getting sod and plants installed and hooked up to our irrigation system. George remains available when I need him for questions or troubleshooting should anything come up. They returned to adjust sprinklers, check on the grass, and replace any sod that had struggled to take root. They’re trustworthy and great communicators. I would recommend XPERT to anyone trying to spin up a landscape project!"

"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. I had 5 different contractors come out and give me a quote for the fire pit patio I wanted done. These are the reasons I chose exodus over all of them.

1) Price. I asked for several different quotes because I must admit I came into this project having zero idea of what the cost would be. I had some low quotes that made me question the quality I would get, and I had some high quotes that made me question if the company mistook my address for one in Beverly Hills. Exodus quoted me a price I felt was reasonable and most of all, affordable.

2) Customer Service. Al, the OWNER of the company, was the representative who came to my house, took measurements, and spoke to me about what I wanted from the project. He had a readily available portfolio to show his companies capabilities as well as bounce ideas off each other to find exactly what we were looking for. Our consultation with Al did not feel rushed, he answered all of our questions, and really made us feel at ease with our decision to go with Exodus. He was even able to get us a lower price on pavers (instead of concrete slab that we were initially interested in) and he passed the savings on to us. We signed a contract to do the work the same day we met him!

3) Communication. Al provided me with his personal cell phone should I Have any questions or need to touch bases. His office representative, Desire, was very friendly and easy to speak with.

In the end I am so happy to have made the choice to go with Exodus. Their construction workers were very respectful, punctual, and did quality work in such a short time. The whole experience was second to none, I've already referred Exodus to a friend and my own family is going to contact them in the future for any construction needs."
