"The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later."

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

Our foreman, was on top of the progress and kept us posted daily about progress. He always addressed all of our concerns. They were friendly, hardworking while making sure to clean at the end of each working day. Best builders group was very helpful about including things which were somewhat out of the original plan for no additional cost. They approached problems with a positive attitude and improved things to please our desires. They finished the whole project ahead of schedule. We would hire Best builders group again for future remodeling projects."
