"We were very pleased!    Tom diagnosed the broken sprinkler head and dug it up and fixed it with no problem.  He went through the rest of our lawn and made small corrections to the other sprinkler heads.    He even looked at our outdoor lighting and gave us suggestions on how to fix it! A week after he left we noticed that one of the sprinkler heads (not the one he had dug up) wasn't working properly - he came back out and fixed it for no charge! We got a $20 discount by mentioning the ad we saw on their webpage. The only negative of the experience was that he did not show up the first day he was scheduled.    We had asked for a late appointment and he had gotten stuck at an older woman's house who had no water, so he felt like that job needed to be completed first.    He rescheduled for the next day and was very apologetic when he arrived."

"Tom is very knowledgeable and took his time to not only give estimate and advice on requested service but inspected and advised on treatment of other plants on property also.  I was so impressed I am pending an estimate on a referral by Tom providing continuing care of garden on a regular monthly basis.  His crew arrived on time and worked hard to install the sprinkler system and seed the yard and Tom followed up on a regular basis for the following two months keeping an eye on the lawn to provide follow up care to see that the new seed was fertilized preperlyand the weeds killed off.  He always kept in touch with me and advised me promptly when he could not find a part to continue a task and kept me abreast of the situation until the part was found.  The yard is looking quite nice and is improving per his predictions.

"Our new home is at the end of a cup-de-sac so therefore we have a very large pie-shaped yard with lots of sprinklers.  We had some areas of the lawn that were absolutely muddy and other areas where the grass was dead.  Richard came in and did a complete overhaul fixing broken lines, adding sprinkler heads and replacing all the sprinkler heads to achieve the proper application of water to the appropriate areas.  He added drip lines in planters, lines to potted plants, diverted water away from the house and also some fences that were being damaged by water.  He also raised three drains in the lawn that had sunk so low they were ineffective.  He went through every planter, including the one behind the pool and fixed everything. The drainage lines were also flushed out and are working beautifully.  He was very knowledgeable and efficient about what was needed to make the system work again.  We were, quite honestly, worried about having to start from scratch and replace everything but Richard told us that our system was fundamentally sound but had been neglected, had the wrong sprinkler heads everywhere and also needed a few more added to be optimal.  He explained every area of repair and why he was doing that particular repair.  They were on time, efficient and cleaned everything up after they were done.  I am so happy with their work and very relieved to not have to purchase a new system.  Definitely will call for all my sprinkler needs.

"It went perfectly !! I purchased an $80 Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up Special through Angie's list and was contacted a few days later by Roland Zamora of Veterans Landscaping, Inc., to arrange an appointment. Roland was very friendly, reassuring and professional on the phone. On 06/12/'17, Roland came to my home, exactly on time (11:30am as pre-arranged), fully identified himself and with ME in tow, began his inspection. He turned on each of my 8 sprinkler zones and observed their operation. He made notes as we went around, adjusted some of the sprinkler heads right then and there, cleaned out some of the sprinkler heads and made note of 4 soaker heads that were not operating at all in my front flower beds. With ME in tow and asking all kinds of questions, Roland completed his inspection and adjustments and then discussed the replacement of the 4 soaker sprinkler heads. The 4 heads were replaced, a couple of more adjustments made and a couple of more sprinkler heads were cleaned out. Roland did not charge me any extra for the 4 soaker sprinkler heads, even though I offered to pay for them. Roland also set my controller for the exact days and times that I wanted the sprinklers to come on. Roland is very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional, honest, trustworthy, up front and answers every question with full knowledge and professionalism. No question is to insignificant nor to involved for Roland to stop what he's doing and fully answer the question to full understandability. I WILL recommend Roland Zamora of Veterans Landscaping Inc. for sprinkler services and landscaping needs to my family members, friends and neighbors.
