"Emilio and his cleaning team have done an excellent job of keeping the house pristine - and they do it without any supervision. They always inform us prior to showing up, have keys to the property and can disarm the alarm system, and several times have alerted us to maintenance problems early on that we were able to fix before they became major issues. The cleaning team is extremely efficient and very honest. 4 to 5 members of his team arrive and each one takes on a different part of the house. They usually can complete the 3400 sq ft house within an hour."

Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)"

"They are excellent. Been cleaning our place for 6+years. They include my sliding doors (awesome bc I have 3). Several of our friends have housekeepers, but none as good as Emis & Eduardo. Also, none who haven’t fired many. I’ve never felt this need. They are always on time and thorough. He walked through the entire house to see what needed to be done, explaining all along the way what the cleaning crew would do and the type of cleaners they would use. In addition to the house cleaning, we also had him quote upholstery cleaning of a three piece sectional and window washing interior/exterior of all the windows and three sliding glass doors. A three-person crew showed up to do the job, they were thorough and the house is sparkling clean! No dust in sight. Even above the door trim is completely dust free!"
