The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

After a couple of months the leak returned. Hired Degennaro plumbing who repaired the leak in less than an hour and charged me half of what the previous plumber charged. James Degennaro came to the house exactly on time, had all the necessary parts with him, and even showed me old parts that the previous plumber failed to replace which resulted in the leak returning. "Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."
