When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! "Sandy Diamond (son of the owner) met with us initially and was very personable and really took the time to ask (and answer) questions to understand the style of fence we'd like. He gave us two addresses to look at before making our decision and they were beautiful. We had the work done in May of 2021 during their annual sale and we received a quote that was either better or very competitive with two other companies we received quotes from. Sandy was very responsive through the whole process and even showed up the first day of install as well as the 2nd (last) day to see how the finished product came out. The crew who did the work were very polite and efficient. We had a small issue with the front gate fitting too tightly about a week after install. I spoke with Sandy and he had the crew back out within a couple weeks (I told them it was not an urgent issue) and it was fixed within an hour. The fence is beautiful and has made out backyard a haven this summer."
