"Like all perfectly timed plumbing issues our tub drain clogged to a full stop on a Sunday evening right as everyone was preparing to start the new week. I attempted to remove the blockage myself but was defeated by what I would soon discover was a festering ball of evil in our pipes, quietly waiting to ruin the weekend. I reached out to a few pros and got a prompt call back from Scott soon afterward. He was completely up front about his pricing and availability, which I greatly appreciated. He showed up a few hours later, on time as we had planned and quickly got to work. "Two bathrooms in my property were backing up. I was extremely irritated because the same issue occurred 3 months ago and was supposedly fixed by another plumber. This time I called Jim to check it out. He found that the previous plumber used improper pipes and connectors and never tied the laundry to the septic. None of the previous work was done to code. He discovered the prior work required a permit which the previous plumber never pulled. Jim came in and replaced everything with the required materials and pulled all the correct permits. His work was inspected by the city and passed with flying colors. His service was superb! I love how he took the time to go over everything he was going to do in great detail. He also helped lay out how exactly I should go after the other plumber to get a refund and even offered to represent me in court. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is. Let’s just say I’ll be using Jim over and over again. I highly recommend his service."

"The technician Alejandro that did the service was on time, professional and informative! The only thing is they charged me on the higher end for a kitchen drain clog. I did not mind paying the price because I have a older home because I was told they give a year warranty before he started the job but after the job was completed another technician informed me they offered no warranty on their service because my home was a older home. From past experiences with other companies, I love companies that offer warranty on service because that majority of the time means they get the job done. Other than that I had a good experience with this company."
