AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. They carefully showed us the camera images and explained what everything was to my elderly parents. They suggested we contact our home insurance provider and said they would provide the information to submit. The estimate was very detailed, including photos and brochures about chimney safety and I submitted the information. State Farm immediately agreed to cover the damage and a crew from Jiminy Chimney came out and completed the work in horrible cold conditions because my Dad wanted to have a fire in the fireplace for Christmas. "WOW! 24 hours from dumpster and shingle arrival to dumpster pick up. The roof was DONE in 10 hours - I'm stunned! And I could not be more impressed with Dialed In Roofing & Exteriors and Caesar Dumpster LLC. From the beginning, they were so down to earth and helpful answering all of my questions. Thanh was amazing - he brought the drone out to take footage of the roof and walked me through what he saw up there. Thanh made sure to check out the locations of the leaks, showed me what he found and was comfortable that there was no mold issues present. Caesar Dumpster LLC snuck the dumpster into the driveway, right next to the retaining wall, with zero issues! I was so grateful to see them placing 2x4s down for the dumpster to sit on to preserve the driveway! And he came in quick this morning to remove it - nice and simple! The employee that responded to my home examined all damaged and deteriorating masonry and gave me a rough estimate of 1500.00 dollars United States currency, but that a formal quote would be mailed. I received the quote via mail and as this was the only company that responded with a quote of three other companies contacted though angies list, I contracted with this provider to perform the repairs to my house. The employee that responded to my house was professional, and easy to talk to. the work was completed in two days time. the brick that was replaced was matched very close, and with some aging will not be noticeable at all. The investment was worth the work and professionalism exhibited by this providers employees. I would employ this provider again on the future. <br />"
