"Freedom Solar Power installed a solar junction in the incorrect location, so they sent Ian from Simon Roofing to remove junction box and fix the hole in the roof. He took pictures at the start of the repair until the roof repair was completed. Ian went out of his way to make he had the exact IKO Class 4 shingle and color to get the best results when the job was completed. He did such an amazing job that you would never that section was ever repaired. We had are first rain since the repair and there are no leaks! Thanks to Ian that section looks better than the day it was replaced in 2020. If you need a roof repair, do not waste your time with other roofers and contact Ian to get the job right the first time!"

"The whole process went very smoothly. It seemed daunting to me so I had been putting off having my roof inspected and repaired for a LOONG time. With the new hail season approaching, I could no longer do that. Andrew was a Godsend. He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked furiously through the day and were done in the evening. They took care of the cleaning and I did not even need to dust my patio afterwards. Who knew you could find good customer service in this day and age! The roof looks great, and it already went through a small new hailstorm and still looks great. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
