"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story. We can always add screens or toppers later if we think they are needed.
Install: Kevin scheduled the install date. Installer(s) arrived as agreed and finished the install on time. No construction debris left behind. Rained that night (true story). Nice quality job...gutters and downspouts appear solidly installed and work great. No more water ponding on our flower beds or pouring off the roof at the front door.

"I was happy from the minute I posted it on Angi and he was the quickest and first to respond. He came the next day looked at the job gave us a price the next day. We agreed on price and he put us on his schedule 2 weeks later. They showed up day one and worked hard in the heat, dirt, and we hardly heard a word out of them. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
