Jim is that rare individual who is truly nice, communicative, creative, reasonably priced and a meticulous master craftsman. Three years ago, Jim designed and built 2 closets and a built-in bookcase for us. We were so happy with that work that we didn’t consider anyone else to design and build our new closet. This project from beginning to end was perfect. He started and finished when he said he would and cleaned up as he worked. Called Brian at B.A.C. at the recommendation of Lennox. A new unit was installed the next day in my home. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and his staff was wonderful. Heat was restored and they rebalanced my hot air system so that all the rooms were warm."
