"Have had a great experience with Hannabery HVAC. I recently purchased my home in Lords Valley, PA, and found their information attached to my HVAC system. From the first call, their staff was professional, helpful and scheduled me for my service calls. I asked for them to place me on a waiting list for an earlier appointment and they followed up as promised and moved my service appointment up by a month. Randy, their service technician, visited today and was terrific--informative and efficient. My air handler, heat pump and hot water heater were inspected and serviced. This is one of two visits I will have from them in this coming year. I am truly pleased with the service I have received from Hannabery and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable HVAC service provided."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"Mold remediation was OK, but -- their guarantee using "Calbrite" is misleading. It only applies if humidity levels are kept below 60% humidity, which is the minimum humidity level for mold to grow. Their installation of a whole house dehumifier as a complete disaster. I'm left with an $1800 dehumidifier that doesnt work. It leaks water on the floor. They also installed blowin-in insulation, which resulted in areas of the attic which are now unusable. I was not informed that ceiling fixtures needed to be isolated from the insulation, and that cat-walks needed to be installed to have access to areas of the attic that needed maintenance, such as a/c system, etc. I do not recommend Expediant."

"Stay away! Do not hire this company!! Fraudulent charges. Lies. Manipulators. Everything was covered by insurance but they are sending me bills for an additional $$$$ and claiming it’s computer error they can’t fix. So called project manager never came out to check on workers. Flooring salesman came out while workers there but he never went in to check on their work. He stayed outside and chatted then left. Painters painted the powder room that was not supposed to be painted and now there is yellow oily substance running down the wall from the paint they used. Worst experience ever."
