Not only did he and his partner do an excellent job laying the tile, he was on time each day and kept us informed at each step of the process. Not only did he do an excellent job, he left the work area totally clean and not a mess anywhere for us to clean up after he left. He is very personal and friendly. He knows what he is doing! "Sales did not disclose the features of different flooring wood type and suggested to go with the most popular and cheapest category wood. Installation went fine. Crews are friendly. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks.
