Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor.
