"Since the installation, the living room floor has gradually started changing colors and bubbling/ rippling. We reported it to them and they sent someone out for an inspection. We've asked for copies of our original bill (which we haven't been able to find) because we want to identify the adhesive they used originally to ensure it's not used again and find out if there is any warranty with the adhesive. They sent someone out for an inspection who thought it was water damage and told us that it really hinges on the adhesive used previously."

The new floor was an engineered floor. The bathrooms remodeling included everything from tiles, vanity, lights, shower and bath tub to paint and switches. The kitchen remodeling included all the new cabinets, island with counter top, new sink, appliances and counter top with back splash. The work was done by several teams of people that managed by the company and they did a great job! First time- Crappy job- took 11 days instead of 4, sawdust was stuck in the surface making it rough near the windows that had sawdust on them, the color was much lighter than we wanted, the curved molding that was to remain was removed. We could only reach them by phone 1 our of 8 times. We were not even contacted that the work would be delayed."
