"Alex showed up on time each day and provided a professional product and service. Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. "I used Floor It Today after seeing what fantastic work they did on a friend's extensive remodeling. I had my master-bath, walk-in shower re-tiled, roman bath tub replaced, granite counter tops put in master-bath and 2 bathrooms, along with all hardware fixtures. To replace shower trim in 2 extra bathrooms, the walls had to be cut opened, as I was not replacing tiles in those bathrooms. To look at the walls now, one cannot even tell there was a hole. Something where the light boxes were removed in the master-bath and kitchen. Would never know there were boxes there. Bassam was the Best! He helped me in picking out tiles and matching colors. He has quite the eye for decor. Bassam walked me through every detail before and doing the redo. He was very professional, patient with all my many questions and always addressed my concerns. "Roberto was great at guiding us through the process. He helped us choose our granite and tiles, responding to our suggestions and providing guidance an ideas on what we could do. He talked us through the requirements and when we wanted to add on our 1/2 bath to the original kitchen contract he worked ot make sure that the granite we purchased would fit the small bath without having to buy additional granite. His prices were the best out of five companies we approached but it was his manner and knowledge which made us select him not just the price.

"After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"
