"It took a couple months to schedule the work but at each piece (estimate, electrical, excavation and installation) they called ahead, arrived on time, did all the work required with professionalism and courtesy. They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start. "I had two or three companies come out and look at my old water softener, and they told me that, they had to replace it, but Pure Water Works said that they could fix it and they did it quickly. I was very pleased because it was an expense I didn't need, and it's been working just fine ever since they worked on it. They came in and took out my water softener, fixed it and brought it back. I had a problem with it few days after they brought it back, and they came back in and readjusted it, and it worked finely after that. I chose them because everybody else wanted me to spend a couple of thousand, but one guy came in, looked at it and said that he can fix it. Its fine now and they saved me quite few hundred dollars. Their price was fine. They are a little slow to respond."
