He also provided an estimate on the future job and was honest that the amount of work I thought needs to be done on it is not needed instead of just quoting the more complex job. The installing company had no idea why. They refunded the money but I still had a failing floor. I called Bungay Flooring Systems. Aaron knew exactly what was wrong and what to do, due to his vast experience with concrete. He tested the concrete to determine hardness and moisture content. Explained about moisture and efflorescence. The floor needed to be re-treated and sealed with the proper products before the final flooring was put down also requiring the proper materials.
