No one was there to prep the condo before Freds arrival so everything was as is when he walked in the door. Additionally, we were not able to be there for the entire project. Fred and his team did a fantastic job. The flooring installation was perfect. Fred stayed in touch throughout the project and sent pictures every night. Prior to the installation, we went back-and-forth with trying to make the decision on which product to install and Fred was so supportive and helpful through the entire process. I had hemmed and hawed over having this work done and had contacted many companies as well as the big store instillation departments. Carol Services removed old carpet, patched sub flooring and installed waterproof vinyl tile through out my home. This work was done with no interruption by a crew of helpful, hardworking friendly people who were in and out with no muss or fuss. I waited a week to review but to tell the truth, I was thrilled from the first moment I opened the door and saw the finished work and the cleanliness of the site left behind. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
