"If you need work done, I highly recommend Richard and General American. I could not be happier with the work performed, attention to detail and professionalism, but what impressed me most was his flexibility and willingness to step in and help. For example: the plumber was delayed which would have left us without use of the bathroom another 4 days, but Richard stepped in and kept us on schedule. There doesn't seem to be a lot that he can't do. Also, in full disclosure my wife and I are perfectionists and to make us happy is no small feat. Without a doubt we will hire Richard for our next project, you should do the same."

"Clifford is very knowledgeable and committed to doing things right. I had a flexing floor and cracking tile in a bathroom on the second floor of an older home, Clifford was able to level out the floor and replace the tile. Now it looks fantastic and I don't have to tread lightly on the tile anymore. He got the job done quickly and I was pleased with how affordable it was too. Next time I have a tile project I'll absolutely call Straight Edge Tile again."

"Workers were efficient and mostly knowedgeable. The only problem we had was rectified immediately by Ben when we called him. He came to our home immediately and spent four hours of his personal time fixing the problem, thus ensuring our satisfaction. On the second bathroom renovation Ben and the second crew made several recommendations we hadn't considered and it came out much nicer!
