"I had a scheduled visit to fix my Samsung refrigerator Ice Maker and Josh contacted be the day before to inform me that it would not be worth repairing the ice maker because it is well known that the ice maker has been defective and folks are even suing Samsung for it. He could have very well not notified me of this information and come out to fix it anyways but I was very appreciative of how upfront he was and advised me on this matter which I wasn’t aware about. He saved me quite a bit of money. Overall, I would definitely be using him for other appliance needs based on his honesty."
