They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. "Everything went perfectly. Edgar showed up right on time. Actually, 15 minutes early. He came with bright lights to see under the sink. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed me exactly where the leak was. Then he told me he could fix it right then and there, which I wasn't even expecting. We agreed on the price. I asked him how long it would take, and he told me around 20 minutes, and he had the materials with him. He went down to his truck, came right back with the materials, went right to work, and less than half an hour later, he told me to come see it was finished. He turned the water on and..... no leak!! All fixed. Afterwards, he collected the old materials and took them away. We tested it once again and...no leak!!! Perfect. Why aren't all contractors like this? Additionally, Edgar was friendly, super competent, and efficient. I don't know why anyone would choose another vendor for plumbing. I'd give 10 stars, but only 5 were allowed."

"I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."
