"Very good experience with Modern Plumbing, who had to clear a line we just paid to have cleaned one year ago by another company. Modern did not cut corners and did the work through a clean-out access, which hadn't been opened in at least 25 years. But he got it opened, and power cleaned about 50 feet with heavy duty equipment.
