Both times the company couldn't give me a time when the electrician would arrive.. The first time, he arrived at 4 p. m. Then I had to wait 3 weeks until one of their electricians would be in my neighborhood. This meant that I had be home to receive phone calls. I finally purchased a cell phone so that I wouldn't miss any calls from them."
