However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company. Thanks to everyone at Ross Services for making this project stress free. We love our new pool and patio!"

He worked with me all the way through to make sure that I was happy with the design and the colors. Claudia was very patient and had high expectations for the work her employees were doing. Claudia puts herself in the client's position and works to exceed the client's expectation. Whenever I called Claudia, she returned my calls, answered my questions and made sure all was done according to my expectations. Claudia's employees did the best they could to protect any openings into the house and the fans/speakers on my patio so minimal concrete dust would enter my house of the fans/speakers. The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The price of the project was very reasonable. "My old steps were really bad.  Looked bad, steep, narrow tread, wobbly handrail.  A difficult installation, many factors had to be considered that I never thought about.  Involved some exterior plastering eventually.  Stairs are really beautiful now.  The rock facing Irv used is beautiful.  These stairs are such an improvement, words don't express it.  Irv is a great guy, easy going, knowledgable.  Very fair price and a great result.  This is not a simple project by any means.  Very satisfied. <br />"
