We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. "Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him.
