"It was expensive but fine. The plumber was very nice."

"1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."

"Very prompt, after the recent floods. Quickly diagnosed the problem of a clogged sewer drain, cleaned it out, cleaned up after himself, and spotted a potential problem that might arise in the future. Iâ m"

"When we were selling our home, the buyers inspector said our lines needed to be replaced and he couldn't see the entire line. Warrior Sewer and Drain had come up before to help clear the drains. So I knew they were clear. Didn't need to be replaced. I called them right away, they came out and verified with video footage that our lines were clear and nothing needed to be replaced."

"Chris did a very professional job. Although he could not locate the source of my particular problem, he scoped the main line so now I know that that is clear and know to look elsewhere."

"Mayo plumbing is amazing! We called John for a leak from our main water line in our basement. He rearranged his schedule to fit us in & didn’t leave until the job was done. He was able to fix the leak with a less invasive method than what another plumbing company we had already contacted quoted us. Many thanks to John! If we ever need plumbing work again, he will be our only call!"
