While I'm pleased that he was able to identify areas in the attic that needed repairs, I am dissatisfied with the cost of his services. He initially quoted me a price that was significantly lower than the final bill. Shay assured me that the previous roofing company I used would gladly reimburse me for the cost, but that has not happened. I have attempted to contact Shay multiple times to discuss his inflated fees, but he has not returned my calls. I feel misled into believing I would receive reimbursement, and I believe I was overcharged. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs!"
