"We had an outstanding experience with Sean and Bzr team. From the initial call with Gaby to the finished product. I highly and strongly recommend BZR. We first started with a bathroom addition and ended up with an ADU project which turned out great adding a kitchen and 3/4 bath. It did take time and many changes, I want to thank Sean for his patience. I would absolutely in a blink work with them again. I will upload photos when wife has finished furnishing."

"Had a pretty bad sagging floor in part of my house and didn’t really know where to start. These guys came in, explained what was going on, and got it fixed the right way. They rebuilt and leveled everything out and now the floor feels solid again. They showed up on time, worked hard, and kept everything clean. Price was fair for the amount of work done. They handle a variety of construction and repair work, so I’d definitely recommend reaching out if you need anything done around your place."

Have had him do total home repair and the results are spectacular....reasonable rates and no job is too large or incapable of doing. If you've a honey-do list that's going nowhere or a project that seems too large to tackle, you simply cannot go wrong with Steve. 360-653-6530"

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Lake Stevens, WA

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
