After roof installation I hire them again to install cedar shaks and windows shutters. They came on time as promised and completed the job within couple of hours. I call them again to check my roof as I felt one of the shingle was not correctly nailed. Sam himself came in, check the whole roof again, fix the shingle to my satisfaction. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever."
