"This review is long over due in coming. In March 2019, I decided to make the move and replace our roof. After getting several estimates, I was impressed with Tiger Team Roofing. Gigi scheduled the appointment and Kevin arrived exactly on time. Wow! The other appointments were not as considerate. Kevin walked the property and gave me an estimate on the spot. The estimate was clear and to the point. There was no doubt on what I should expect. Then the surprise: No money due until the job was done right. Again, wow. The others all wanted money up front and were a vague on the whole process. From the moment I signed, things went right. Gigi or someone else from the office texted me every Friday to let me know how things were going. Estimate processed. Permit pulled. Plans submitted. Supplies ready for delivery. Start date. Inspection dates. Job done. I was never in doubt as to what was going on. In the end, I got a new roof, professionally installed, at a fair price, and left feeling as though I made the right choice. Never a doubt. Tiger Team Roofing was NOT the cheapest estimate. They were about $300 more. BUT am I glad I went with my gut. If you need a new roof, take the time to reach out to Tiger Team Roofing. Other roofers who evaluated our problem weren't interested in doing a small repair -- they wanted to upsell us on a whole new roof. But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J&K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever."
