"Owner came out the same day we called and discussed what we wanted. We agreed on a design from many photos he had in a book. He gave us the 10% discount promised in the ad that led us to call the company. The workers came precisely on the day and at the time promised (we only had to wait a week) and completed the job in one day, also as promised - and they had to prep the area first which was edged with a variety of disintegrating materials. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. My husband and I are very pleased with this company."

"Very prompt. Roof and driveway were done well except the gutters which were packed with leaves were not cleared. This possibility wasn't mentioned before the job. Dave explained afterward that it was too difficult for his company to clean gutters while cleaning the roof. This was a surprise; I wish I had been told. Now I have to get someone else in to clean the gutters. Poor communication about this specific issue. I'd have rated A across the board if I had just been warned."

"Jim came out for an estimate within a few days of my phone call in March 2013.  We went over what I wanted to have done and he provided me an estimate via email the following day.  I agreed to the work and process began.  His assistant, Jossy, delivered the permit paperwork to sign and then took care of filing the permit and notice of commencement.  I chose the color and type of paver from the manufacturer's website which Jim provided and then he placed the order. There was a delay by the manufacturer in getting my order out and delivered, and then after delivery, there was about 3-4 weeks of rain, rain, rain.  But, when we finally had some good sunny days, the project was started and completed within a couple of days.  We love the pavers and have gotten many compliments.   It was a pleasure working with Jim, Jossy, and their installation team.  I highly recommend them.
