"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"Owner came out the same day we called and discussed what we wanted. We agreed on a design from many photos he had in a book. He gave us the 10% discount promised in the ad that led us to call the company. The workers came precisely on the day and at the time promised (we only had to wait a week) and completed the job in one day, also as promised - and they had to prep the area first which was edged with a variety of disintegrating materials. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. My husband and I are very pleased with this company."

"Very prompt. Roof and driveway were done well except the gutters which were packed with leaves were not cleared. This possibility wasn't mentioned before the job. Dave explained afterward that it was too difficult for his company to clean gutters while cleaning the roof. This was a surprise; I wish I had been told. Now I have to get someone else in to clean the gutters. Poor communication about this specific issue. I'd have rated A across the board if I had just been warned."
