"As far as the duct cleaning, the crew seemed to be professional and knowledgable. They were prompt and pleasant.  They were unable to clean one section because of difficult access and so called to tell me that they had adjusted their charges downward. 

I do wish they had thought to ask me about my dryer vent, as I understand they did not clean that and although it is only about 18 months old, I understand they can be a real fire hazard.  Fingers crossed that it will not be a problem before the next duct cleaning is needed in a couple of years.
