New fence has 4 foot spacing for the the 4x4 post, a 6x6 post to anchor the gate, and the pickets are secured individually (not pre-built). "I would never recommend this company. They completely overcharged for replacing a lock on a door. I have purchased the lock that was replaced myself in the past for about $200. I had it changed out for about $300. This is pretty average for the type of keypad lock that was installed. This company charged over $2000. I was in a bit of a predicament because I could not leave the office unlocked and he had already started before giving me the price. And if all that was not enough, he took the old lock with him. I am sure he took it back to where he purchased the first one for a refund because I looked in the dumpster and it was not there. Do not use this company."

When I needed recently to replace a large chunk of drywall and waterproof external wall, his name and Dependable Services was first to come to my mind. "hired broton to replace the garage door opener and trim around the garage and the keypads. Very prompt and courteous during initial work. In 2024 had to have the outdoor key pad replaced again as it was not working. About 4 months later outside keypad was not working again and the trim they installed around the door was turning black and tearing. called for service and they told me everything was out of warranty and they would have to charge me for a service call to look at it. Called them several days later and asked how much the garage door trim was as i was just going to buy a new keypad and trim and install it myself. They said the trim was $7' to pick it up there and install myself. That was about over $200. to pick up the new trim!! Just kept getting more insulting. Last week my neighbor was getting his garage door worked on and i had him look at it; he said the trim was installed too close to the garage door which caused it to rub the door too hard and turn black and tear. I told him broton installed and he said you were a quality co, said to call you and have someone look at it and you could definitely see it was installed improperly."

He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain and show me the problem. Problem is fixed and it is working great. I am a satisfied customer and will recommend them to others."
