"I have a double sink with a garbage disposal under a granite countertop. The sink was coming apart from the countertop and was hanging on by a thread. Ellyson gave me a quote over the phone which was very reasonable and booked the appointment for the next day. He called to confirm the appointment in the morning and was on time. My sink did not have clips holding it to the underside of the granite (this is how it was installed before I bought the house), so he had to install the clips and then apply caulk to seal the sink to the countertop. He finished the job in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with the results! I will definitely call him when I am ready to remodel the kitchen!

"If it was possible, I would give this company zero stars. They were very prompt in answering the service request, even before we had picked a specific company. They came out the same day, but after that everything went downhill. They used water pressure to clean the line. They also used water pressure to reverse clear the lines in the house. The pressure force cracked the base of the toilet. The floor was flooded and it also ran onto our laminate floor which caused it to warp. The drywall behind the toilet was also soaked. They did replace the toilet at no cost. The main line ran fine for less than a week, but six days later it was clogged again!! We attempted to contact them for three days without any callbacks. He only sent us a couple of text messages telling us that he would be out soon. We finally gave up and called another company. My warning to you.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
