He gave us a very fair price on the labor for that, and in fact was able to get us a beautiful and custom made vanity and top. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. He is incredibly responsive and he communicates, which is difficult to find in most contractors. He takes his time and is detail-oriented. He finds pleasure in restoring what's old so it looks new. I truly want to keep finding projects for him to do so we can keep him busy and not have to share him. Alas...I suppose someone else can have him for a week or two."
