"Otto installed over 1500 square feet of Wisconsin Red Oak in our home. It was such a professional and incredible job. Additionally, Otto had to color match a section that connected to the previous wood floors, and he did this to perfection. Did a fantastic job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would. I have referred Otto to several clients and they have always thanked me profusely. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"They were excellent. Professional and quick and did a great job. So happy with my new floors!! They checked in at a few times to get clarification and feedback. They even left the remaining flooring materials in case I wanted to do the rest of my house later. I’ll definitely be going with them again if I need floor work in the future."

"Fast and decently priced. Workers were polite as well."

"Teton Construction remodeled our kitchen and did a great job. We had new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring and lighting installed, and the finished kitchen looks completely different. Greg was easy to work with, communicated well throughout the project, and helped us work through a few decisions along the way. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them."

"Olympia Flooring did a great job repairing our LVP flooring. Very professional and fair pricing. Will definitely be calling them again for any future flooring repairs or replacement."

"Adam and his team were fantastic! Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful. We had a water leak from our fridge that ruined our kitchen floors which attached to our living room, dining room, hallway, and office. It was a mess, everything had to be torn out! Adam's Flooring went above and beyond to get the work done quickly, get the fridge situated again, and gave us a very fare price. If I ever need floors again, they will be my first call."

"Excellent service and fantastic results.  DJ gave us an estimate on hardwood floor installation.  This encompassed almost the entire flooring in our home.  The estimate included taking up the carpet on the areas we needed floored and removing all old materials.  Sanding, filling and 3 coats of Swedish finish.  He gave us an excellent installer, Mike.  Cannot say enough good things about Mike.  He knew exactly what to do.  Since we knew nothing about what installing hardwood entails, Mike was wonderful in explaining the process and answering all our questions.  They went above and beyond our expectations.  They even refinished an existing large area that was in need of this process. The kitchen and dining area had been distressed and when they refinished it the area looked completely different.  It looked like it was brand new. The final result is beautiful!  Our home looks 100% right.  I would highly recommend having Dj's Hardwood Floors.  They took the time and patience to produce a perfect finished product.  If we plan on having any more flooring done, we would only have Dj's Hardwood Floors install.

"What I like the very most about this company is their price transparency. Everything is itemized out to the smallest detail making their quotes very easy to understand. Perhaps rivaling this, is their responsiveness to phone calls or texting. I can always get a hold of someone or get called back right away. Everyone in this company is super, super, SUPER polite and when any issues arise they are quick to offer great solutions to keep your projects on schedule. I am very happy with the quality of the vinyl flooring install and the hardwood floor refinishing that was done. I am particularly impressed with the floor lacquer that was recommended for the hardwood flooring. I have already had an estimate for my next job with them."

"The original request for quote was answered promptly, the owner came to our home, made the necessary measurements and got job details. We told him the type of flooring we wanted, he recommended a source to us, and were able to find what we were looking for, took samples home, selected our type, and spec.  We called the owner back, he priced out the material for the job and promptly sent us a proposal.  From previous calculations, his pricing seemed very fair.  We agreed to terms, and he gave us a tentative schedule.  He was unable to make that schedule, and a few days later gave us a firm date.
The owner and his installer, Robert Banner, showed up promptly at the appointed time, 8:00 AM, and immediately set up for the job.  The owner said the job should be completed in one day.
Soon after, the owner left, and Robert went to work.  I have never seen a more expert technician, who worked steadily and did and outstanding job with the installation.  The floor is truly beautiful, and we could not have asked for a more professional installation.  After the job was complete, Robert made a detailed clean up, and left everything very probably cleaner than it was before hestarted the job.  The job was complete by 5:00PM.  I would recommend The Hardwood Pro for any hardwood flooring work you might have.  And a  special kudo to Robert Banner, the technician on this job.
