"I hired them to repair a leaking roof. They took a quick look in the attic and said they could fix the issue. They charged me $5000.00 to replace several vents. 3 months later I still had a leaking roof and they came out and said they had fixed my leak (again). 3 months later and I still had a leaking roof. They sent a guy out who told me I need a new roof. Since then I had the roof inspected and low and behold I don't need a new roof. Do yourself a favor and do not hire these guys for anything. They are grifters. "

"When Andre first arrived for the estimate, he was courteous and prompt. He requested a large deposit but indicated his team could start very soon and handle the project 'no problem'. From there it all went down hill. They did not start on time and then did not get the required permits. When the inspector arrived, Synergy disappeared and found another job to work on. They left my house a mess. They came back to get their tools and have done nothing to get the proper permits or finish the job. They have not done the promised work. They are a textbook example of the worst type of contractor, taking a customer's money and disappearing with the project incomplete and my house torn apart."

Award-winning Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation has been serving the Puget Sound region with quality top-of-home solutions for almost twenty years. From the first call to the final installation report to ongoing warranty protection, the family-owned and operated company has earned the trust of manufacturers, customers, and team members in the communities they serve.
"Guardian advertises a "Gentle Wash" roof cleaning/moss removal process. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, they use an industrial strength air compressor and hire inexperienced, poorly trained, incompetent non-English speaking employees to perform this work. The result: While under a three (3) year contract, Guardian has destroyed my GAF 50 year guaranteed roof by shredding and removing the protective granules down to the asphalt itself. The damage is so extensive and widespread, it cannot be repaired. My roof needs to be entirely replaced at a cost of ~ $35K to $40K for a like kind of material. Guardian has attempted to mitigate the damage by inserting a new thin starter row shingle to "Hide" (not replace) the damage shingles around the entire perimeter of my home. This is an unacceptable remedy. I am awaiting for Guardian's attorney to respond to my request for compensation. Complaints also filed with BBB and the C of C."
