"They were tremendous! I have a short term rental property and after a guest checked out, the whole sofa smelled like vomit. I called them and they came out the next morning and cleaned the sofa along with all the other upholstery in my house and my rugs! The smell came out and my whole house looked fresh! PJ was my service tech and he was thorough and considerate (we had a house full of people and he worked around). I can't stress enough how happy I am with their service. "This gentleman, Mr. Bryan Brock, owner of Magic Wand Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, did a very good job for me. I had cleaned out my townhouse, in preparation of putting it up for sale, and the final step was cleaning the carpets. My place has 3 BR upstairs, and a living, dining, and family room downstairs. Bryan was easy and convenient to deal with through Angie’s List. He was prompt and timely with his replies and always directly answered any questions I had. He was not vague at all about specifics, to try and leave himself wiggle room later, as some folks do when you deal with them. Our communication was straight forward and honest.
