Akil, my main contact, made the whole process smooth, and all jobs were completed by the timeline promised. The workers were very professional, courteous, respectful of my property. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. My neighbors have decided to use them to replace their roof, and if needed for any work in the future, I will certainly use them again"

Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. "My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with National Home Improvements for a siding, window, and gutter home improvement project on our house. We were thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent customer service that was provided by the owner Ralph and his team. Right from the start, Ralph was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He listened to our suggestions and offered advice to ensure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were also impressed by his transparency and willingness to work with us on pricing, making sure that we stayed within our budget providing the most competitive pricing out of all the quotes we received. It's worth mentioning that out of the four contractors and three quotes we received for this project, National Home Improvements was the only contractor that consistently followed up and showed a genuine interest in the project. One contractor never got back to us with a quote after spending time with us discussing details of the project., which made our decision to work with Ralph and his team an easy one. One of the highlights of the project was working with Charles, who installed 17 windows along with trim in record time. He was efficient, detail-oriented, and a true professional in every sense of the word. We were amazed by his expertise and dedication to getting the job done right. We also had the pleasure of working with Luis and his siding team, who worked tirelessly from 8am to dark every day in the chilly New Jersey February weather. They were approachable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We greatly appreciated their hard work and dedication to making sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. Additionally, they made sure to clean up the site every day, which was a nice touch. One thing that really stood out to us was Luis's attention to detail. For example, we planned on reusing our existing shutters, Luis noticed that three pairs were too long for the windows, which would have looked odd if they had been installed as-is. Luis brought this to our attention, and we were able to reuse most of our existing shutters and replace the three pairs that were too long. We were grateful for Luis's sharp eye and expertise, as it saved us from making a mistake that would have marred the appearance of our home and bothered me every time I drove up the driveway. It was a stark contrast to a contractor we worked with previously who had installed these shutters that were too long and never mentioned it to us. I must also mention the exceptional work done by Bruno and the gutter installation team at National Home Improvements. The installation was completed in one day, and we hardly noticed the team was working because they were so quiet and efficient. We opted for 6-inch round gutters, which turned out to be a great decision. We recently had a big storm, and our new gutters performed perfectly. The old 4-inch gutters would have overflowed, causing possible damage to our home. In the interest of fairness and transparency, I must also mention an issue we had with an outside electrical receptacle that did not meet our expectations. Ralph immediately connected us with an electrician the same day to assess the situation. By the next day, a proper outside receptacle and weatherproof box were installed to our satisfaction. The electrician did a great job, and we were very pleased with the quick resolution of the issue. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that National Home Improvements has done on our home. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to ensure our satisfaction were truly second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement services. We would work with them again in the future."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.

"I had a water leak at one of my windows. It turned out to be an issue with the vinyl siding over the top of the window. I called five of the contractors on Angie’s list who handle siding repair in my area. Victor was the only one who either returned my call or was interested in doing the work. He came out the next day to look at the situation and he quickly identified the problem. He explained what was causing the leak and showed me the “where” and the “why” of the problem. He proposed a simple and inexpensive “fix”. He returned in a few days with the necessary material as promised and completed the work in under two hours. He also took care of two other minor cosmetic siding issues on the same exterior wall of the house. He is a real professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him !"
