"I had a bad fruit fly problem in my kitchen for over a month, they were increasing faster than I could rid them. Home remedies like apple cider vinegar helped reduce them, but I couldn?t fully get rid of the problem. Finally I decided to call a pest company. Found Lady Bug Pest Control, gave them a call, along with another local company (they didn't call me back), but Lady Bug answered when I called. They were able to come out the next afternoon. The tech who came out told me allll about fruit flies, which was appreciated so I know how to avoid them in the future. He treated my kitchen in about 5 mins. The flies were completely gone in about two days. Him and the company were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided effective service. Highly recommend. Ps. Living on a lake for the past 35yrs, I have experience with pest and pest control companies, but Emerald Spray has been the best by a long margin. Chad never let up until my problem was solved. He even came over on a Friday night at 9PM when my wife had a rat encounter with no hesitation and then he continued to call and come over until we finally trapped our pest. I needed to replace the old blown in fiberglass insulation in my attic which had been damaged by rodents. After researching products to replace it, I decided to use TAP insulation, a natural  recycled paper product with built in repellant characteristics. I received several quotes from national companies that that do this kind of remediation and decided to go with Critter Control. These guys are wonderful. The representative Johnny arrived punctually, surveyed my area and provided me with a written, all inclusive estimate. This estimate covered removal, sanitizing, installation of TAP and permanent repair of the points of entry. On the service date a crew of 3 arrived with their equipment and started immediately. Delicate equipment was covered up in my garage to prevent damage, these guys came prepared.  During the process I was able to survey how the job was going and the technicians were very helpful in pointing out areas that had been damaged like wiring and duct work. Johnny did a great job sealing the points of entry, which are hardly noticeable at all.  The project took about 6 hours start to finish and my attic is now insulated cozy R30 and their is a noticeable difference in the outside noise that has been greatly reduced and the comfort of the home. The owner, Ward, contacted me several times regarding this project, including a follow up call to make sure it all went well. He even stopped by during the job to make sure everything was going ok. Special kudo's to Johnny, John and Charles the crew who did the job professionally and quickly. This is a very messy job and one that I would not recommend for a DIY project. It is worth every penny to have it done professionally by Critter Control. I also want to mention Jennifer and Christine in the office staff who followed up on providing me with some technical information and were always courteous and professional on the telephone Everything was cleaned up before the crew left and I could not have been more satisfied.
