"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"

"Did good quality work once they showed up. Over four hours late and they did try to contact me about it. They should have just sent someone else, but... Hired them to replace the shower pan. After about an hour or so, the plumber tells me the drain was all rusted and the bolts broke and wanted me to pay $750 to repair the drain. That got cut down to $350 after I remined them about being late! Don't let people take advantage of you. If you think you are being swindled, you probably are!"

"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right. Everyone else either had answering services, voicemail and I had one company tell me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day even though I told them we didn’t have running water in our home!
