"Went in to have the AWD fixed and the car checked in general.  They recommended a new serpentine belt and breaks.  We did both.  The belt was wrong and squeeled whenever we turned.  Went back, they said it wasn't bad so drive it some more.  Squeel got worse so we brought it back.  They changed the belt the the car has never driven the same since.  On the breaks.  They replaced them quickly but we sound like a city bus whenever we use them, squeeking every time.  Overall the quality and attention to detail is lacking.  I would not recommend them if you want quality work. <br />"

"6:30am (sub zero temp), attempted to open garage door.  Garage door would only open one foot from ground.  After several attempts, the overhead opener made a strange sound and the door would not open at all.  I called ASAP Door at 6:45am. <br /> Todd answered the phone immediately and had me check to see if my spring had broken, which it had. <br /> He gave me an estimate and said he would be at my home within an hour.  After arriving promptly, Todd found an additional problem in that my gear and shaft assembly on the opener was badly worn and in need of repair as well.  He replaced both springs along with the gear and shaft assembly on the opener within a couple of hours.  The door operates smoothly and quietly.   <br /> I was very impressed with Todd's quick response time considering the hour I called.  The professional service along with a reasonable price made an excellent experience for me.  I will be using ASAP for any garage door issues in the future and will recommend ASAP to friends and neighbors. <br /> <br />"

"I chose Craftsmen to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors in my house. I received excellent communication from Kim at Craftsman about what to expect when the project began. Tom's crew showed up right on time and discussed the plan and timing with my wife. The 35 year old windows were all replaced over two days with excellent quality Richlin windows, and they also added a picture window in our living room. They spent the third day finishing up the inside jambs and trim, and sent one member of the crew back to finish touching up and making sure the house was as clean as they found it. Tom was very friendly and informative every step of the way, and we felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our house (including being respectful of our 2 cats!) The windows look amazing and I would recommend Craftsmen to any friends or family to replace their windows as well! Thank you!!"

"We embarked on our kitchen remodeling project with very little knowledge or vision on what we needed to do. Kian and Rick from Spacemakers Remodling held our hands and worked with us creating a vision we needed to uncover. The project ended up costing quite a bit more than we had thought it was but Spacemakers was very competitive with the others we talked with. They created what we needed them to create and enhanced what we wanted to do in our minds with synergy and expertise. The project was completed timely with a few change orders but nothing ridiculous. The one thing we wish had gone better was expectations of things we just didn't think about that their experience we hoped would uncover. Things such as shelves inside cabinets and unfinished areas that we felt should have been covered but were not in the original design. Overall they were wonderful to work with and we would hire again in a minute"
