"Start to finish the entire roof replacement was about 2 days, which is impressive with how great it looks. Now some people might think that it’s expected for the roof to look really good because it’s brand new but I drive around neighborhoods all the time and I see brand new roofs that don’t look great…We added in some vents for the attic (with their suggestion), which I really didn’t think would make such a big difference, but I gotta tell you they have. I did my due diligence, researching roofing companies/contractors in the San Diego area and obtaining seven (7) quotes. C&I came back as the low bidder - which, honestly, made me a little nervous at first.
