I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process including the Plywood cost per sheet installed. 10 Year Warranty on his Labor against any Leaks was also an Added Benefit. "L&L made several visit including Saturday and Sunday to evaluate the job and made several suggestions as to the best way to replace the roof without any damage to the interior of our house.They promised to pick a good day to do the job and complete the job in one day. They arrived at about 7:30 AM with a crew of about 10 workers and had the complete roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up before 4:30 PM. This included new lead flashing for the chimney and replacing 2 sheets of plywood. In addition they guaranteed the workmanship of the roof for as long as we owned the house. We had no problems at all.

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier.
