"Dan and his crew were awesome! We had concrete border and landscaping stone installed. After making the request on Home Adviser Dan contacted me within 15 minutes and met with me to discuss our project that day. We had several delays due to another project being done at the time and Dan was very flexible and worked with us during this time. Once the time came to start our project Dan came over the night before and spent a lot of time with my wife and I laying out where we wanted the border to go. The next day Dan arrived on time, provided a beautiful concrete border that was unique and not the normal styles the other companies provide. A couple of days later his crew came back and installed 28 tons on landscape rock in just a few hours! I wish Dan was able to do other things because I would hire him in a second."

"Prompt response. Very pleased with them"

"Had some water pooling in the backyard that would flood a nearby window well during heavy rain. Abdiel and his crew got it regraded, adjusted the well, and installed a French drain system. They were quick to respond and got everything done in one day. Will definitely reach out again for future projects."

"Perez Landscaping & Maintenance were amazing to work with. They finished a difficult retaining wall install in ONE day. They were kind and professional. Would 1000% recommend hiring them for any project."

"We were pleased with the manner in which the work was performed. Mr. Brooks clearly described the approach he would use to clean the roof and remove the moss. He took pictures of the job after it was completed. He and his crew were respectful and friendly. I would recommend his company without hesitation."

"Our MPO handyman completed quite a bit of work in just four hours--it probably would have taken my husband and I at least 12 hours to do everything he did. He loosened a tight hot water faucet handle, insulated some pipes, installed fan switches, repaired broken sink stoppers, and installed many coat hooks in various locations.
Only hiccup was in setting up the appointment. I failed to confirm via email and lost my first appointment slot, but I wish MPO would have tried to confirm with a phone call instead of cancelling me.

"Scott was very honest and friendly. Did not pressure me or try to "sell" me anything. He waited for 2 days and then did a follow up to gain my business which I really appreciated."

"we have 3 different proprieties, and they do work for us on the three of them, they are an amazing company!"

"Great lawn service! The first time our lawn was mowed within 24 hours of request. Now we have weekly service."
