Jason came for test sanding and waited patiently while my husband and I hemmed and hawed over wood stain samples. When we ran out of sanded deck and still weren t satisfied with the color options, he sanded more and then suggested mixing various stains to find a new color that would work perfectly. After each day of painting, sanding or staining, Jason would come back to check the work of his colleagues and make sure we were satisfied. "Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. "great work! flexible hours, but got my job done in the expected 3 days and the process was seamless. i needed my plaster ceiling ripped down and replaced with drywall to repair some water damage. he found the source of the water and rerouted the issue to a drain so it wouldn't happen again. he went above and beyond for this job he went and picked up my paint color and cleaned up after himself and even fixed my broken door without me asking and didnt increase the price.
