"Simply put, I could not recommend them enough. They were flexible and made the process easy. As this was our first rehab, this one took 18+ months due to legal and zoning. Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree).
