Our quartzite was SUPER porous for some reason and needed multiple coats of sealant and even to purchase a different type of sealant. They were great at responding and with time, we did get the issue fixed. Great customer service!"

I did call them about the hinge and because it was like 10 days after the year they want to charge me $200 or so to even come look at the problem. I would never recommend them! Stay away!"
